Started in the Spring of 2023, Bright Smiles for All (BSFA) is a fundraiser that aims to provide essential oral hygiene tools for local unhoused communities. By doing this, we hope to improve their oral health and overall well-being.Through distributing dental care packages, we seek to empower and support those in need by addressing a critical, yet often overlooked aspect of their health.At BSFA, we believe that everyone deserves access to basic oral health hygiene regardless of their socioeconomic status. We are also committed to promoting dental health equity and reducing oral health disparities in our community.We spread smiles and improve lives one toothbrush at a time.
OUr mission
Hi, I'm Ahmed, a pre-dental student motivated to make a difference in the lives of the homeless through a cause that's incredibly close to my heart. I'm currently fundraising for Bright Smiles For All (BSFA), which is dedicated to providing essential oral hygiene tools to those less fortunate.Many of us take access to basic oral hygiene for granted, yet not so for the homeless. By providing simple essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, and water, we're not just addressing their dental health; we're contributing to their overall well-being and confidence.The funds raised will be used to create custom hygiene bags containing these essential tools. Every donation goes a long way in assembling these kits that bring smiles and hope to individuals facing incredibly challenging circumstances.
What is in our dental care package?
A dental care package is what we distribute to those in need in order for them to meet their basic oral hygiene needs with ease.
